Environmental The mission of the Environmental Training Center at Delaware Technical Community College, Owens Campus is to provide applicable classroom training as well as on-site technical assistance to Delaware's environmental workforce. Classroom training consists of credit and non-credit programs for well drillers, water and wastewater operators. The Associates of Applied Science Degree in water or wastewater technology is an in-depth education designed to produce technical experts and future managers for the environmental professional fields. Health Health oriented programs in three areas are offered: Career Development, Approved Continuing Education and Prevention Wellness. Formats include online education, home study courses as well as the traditional classroom course/workshop/seminar. These continuing education programs offer CEUs and/or contact hours.Interested in a career in the healthcare field? Attend a FREE allied health information session to learn detailed information on the requirements, course content, successful completion criteria, and funding options. Attendance at one session and placement testing is required prior to admission into an allied health program.
